We are a fast-growing organization located in southern California and we were in the process of expanding our operating locations to the surrounding states. We are a thriving business, however facing a lot of operational challenges. Tons of paperwork and a backlog in our accounting department as well as year end audits kept all working about 50-60 hours a week. This had taken its toll on us and we were in dire need of someone who could help us with this priority project.
