Interview Preparation

Debriefing

We will conduct post-interview debriefings with your decision makers and the candidates whom you have met. If both parties show mutual interest, we will facilitate the employment offer, report acceptance, and attend to any final details, including collegiate bridging.

Our regional medical center was upgrading or Meditech EMR version and our Project Manager who initiated the project announced he was leaving mid-project. This left us in a giant skill void and we needed to find a suitable replacement quickly.
