Structuring the Central Billing Office was done to capture and increase revenue by targeting and eliminating ineffective as well as antiquated operational practices and implementing effective, results-driven protocols for 15 professional offices with over 60 providers. Key roles covered developing and successfully carrying out corporate policy and procedures to be implemented throughout multiple physician practices.
