Other duties were administering requisitions per the purchasing policy and other services related to the different organizations supported, as well as monitoring requisitions through PO creation, receiving and invoice payment to reduce outstanding PO issues. Additional responsibilities were validating proper supporting documents per the procurement guidelines, submitting PO, as well as working with vendors and engineers in establishing correct item codes/models.
