Protocols were established for supporting inquiries, cases and escalations of technical/ employee/ customer support centers for streamlined resolutions, as well as reduction in the number of escalated cases. Peers were trained and coached on technical applications; successfully migrating ownership of testing, requirements gathering and troubleshooting processes and practices were completed.
