Our regional medical center was upgrading or Meditech EMR version and our Project Manager who initiated the project announced he was leaving mid-project. This left us in a giant skill void and we needed to find a suitable replacement quickly. We partnered with Thor Group and they provided a very strong PM professional who at one point worked directly for Meditech.
