Understanding Your Goals
Any resource expansion or replacement engagement we accept begins with a thorough analysis of your company, including its mission, vision, and structure. We examine these variables for the overall company as well as for the regions and/or divisions involved.

Team Development and Coordination
Because a high-level staff acquisition usually affects all areas of an organization, many clients select multiple individuals throughout the company to participate in the hiring process. We request that you choose a primary liaison to serve as our main point of contact as well as your internal facilitator.
We then work with you to design an interview timeline that will accommodate the availability of the people you want involved while streamlining the process in order to progress as rapidly as possible.
We will also define timeframes for communication / feedback with candidates regarding process continuation or conclusion.
Position Definition

Interview Preparation
Since most companies do not list the hiring of high-level professionals among their core business functions, they can often benefit from our interview feedback programs. When appropriate, we offer our clients seminars which cover general interview techniques, goals of top performers, and interview “dos” and “don’ts.” We also provide, upon request, question guides that help the interviewer gain valuable insight in such areas as attitude, motivation, behavior, planning, and more.
Candidate Methodology
From an in-depth candidate interview/analysis, we evaluate career performance, communication skills, management style, behavioral patterns, and professionalism. Our methodology may include at least three employment references, from which we gather information on duties, accomplishments, soft skills, areas for improvement, and verification of title, dates, salaries, and education.
The standard information we make available on any candidate we refer includes a resume, a career overview sheet, detailed reference information, a “Pick 6” qualifications guide matching the candidate’s skills to each of the position requirements, and a “Career Hot Points” guide matching the job factors the candidate is seeking to what your opportunity offers.
Debriefing
We will conduct post-interview debriefings with your decision makers and the candidates whom you have met. If both parties show mutual interest, we will facilitate the employment offer, report acceptance, and attend to any final details, including collegiate bridging.
